Mr. Prithvi Haldea
Mr. Prithvi Haldea serves as the Founder, Chairman of Praxis Consulting & Information Services Pvt. Ltd.(PRIME Database). He also serves as an Advisor to Gaja Capital Partners. Between 1971 and 1988, he worked at senior positions in the corporate sector in the areas of exports, software, consulting, publishing, and advertising. He was also associated with the information industry and worked as a Consultant with The World Bank and with the U.S. Department of Commerce. Since 1989, when he created PRIME Database, he has innovated several databases on one hand and worked on investor education and protection on the other.
Mr. Haldea is the Founder-Advisor of Invest India Economic Foundation, a premier pension research organization.
Mr. Haldea has served as an Independent Director of UTI Asset Management Company (P) Ltd. He is a Member of Central Listing Authority and also the IPO Committee at OTC Exchange of India. He was a Trustee of the NPS Trust Board and a Member of the Expert Group for Recommending Investment Norms for NPS. He is the Central Government Nominee on the Governing Council of ICAI, Member of the Board of Governors at the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, Member of the Postal Life Insurance Investment Board and a special invitee to the Quality Review Board of ICAI. He is a Member of Advisory Committee at National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and also a Member of several committees of SEBI, NSE, DSE, PHDCCI, ASSOCHAM, CII and NASSCOM.
Mr. Sushant Bhansali

Mr. Sushant has over 18 years of experience, 11 of which he has spent with Ambit working in different senior capacities. Before Asset Management, he led Ambit's Principal Investment business, where he cut his teeth investing in listed equities from Ambit's Balance Sheet. During those six years, the team delivered superlative returns, investing primarily in small and mid-cap listed Indian companies, surpassing benchmark returns by a mile. The team followed a highly concentrated portfolio strategy, investing in high conviction ideas on an opportunistic basis. Mr. Bhansali began his stint at Ambit with the Group CEO's office, where he spent close to five years working on various transactions while advising clients on M&A and capital raising. He also participated in the development of various new business verticals, hiring teams, joint ventures, leadership initiatives and maiden private equity capital raising for the firm. Before joining Ambit, he worked with global firms such as MSCI Inc. and PriceWaterhouseCoopers for close to six years.
Mr. Bhansali is a Chartered Accountant (All India CA Final rank holder) and also holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
