Shaktikanta Das

Mr.Shaktikanta Das recently retired as Economic Affairs Secretary after being associated with the Government of India for almost 37 years.
An IAS officer holding a Master's Degree from St Stephen's College, New Delhi, Das served as the Joint Secretary, Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure, Government of India; Special Commissioner and Commissioner of Revenue Administration, Government of Tamil Nadu; Secretary, Industries Department in Government of Tamil Nadu and various other distinguished services. He also served as Secretary of the Industries Department of Government of Tamil Nadu.
Prior to his tenure in the various ministries, Das served as a Non-Executive Director at Indian Bank from December 9, 2009 to December 5, 2012. Hereafter, he took charge as the Director of Oil and Natural Gas Corp. Ltd and then the Director at Life Insurance Corporation of India.

Prashant Saran

Prashant Saran Prashant Saran has been a financial sector regulator for over three decades. He served as a Whole Time Member of the Securities and Exchange Board of India from 2009-16 where he was deeply involved in issues pertaining to Investor Education and Investor Protection. He has been instrumental in carrying out far reaching reforms in Primary Markets and Mutual Funds. He is credited with formulation and acceptance of National Strategy for Financial Education. Earlier, in his tenure as Chief General Manager In-charge with the Reserve Bank of India where he headed the Department of Banking Operations and Development, he was responsible for regulating commercial banks. In his tenure as banking regulator, he oversaw the process of implementation of Basel 2 and took the initiative in establishing a modern anti-money laundering regime as well as a system of disseminating credit information. Currently he is engaged in areas of corporate governance and financial education. He possesses a Master’s Degree in Physics from Panjab University, Chandigarh.

Rajesh Mokashi

Rajesh Mokashi Rajesh Mokashi is currently the Managing Director & CEO of Credit Analysis & Research Ltd. (CARE Ratings), a premier credit rating agency in India and also Director in CARE's subsidiary companies viz. CARE Ratings (Africa) Pvt. Ltd. And CARE Kalypto Risk Technologies and Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd. He has over 30 years’ experience and worked with Otis Elevator Company India Ltd, DSP Financial Consultants Ltd. and Kotak Mahindra Finance Ltd before joining CARE. He has worked in diverse areas in ratings such as rating operations, criteria development, business development, disinvestment advisory services, international ventures, regulatory compliance, human resources management, information technology etc. He holds a Masters Degree in Management from NMIMS and is a Graduate in Mechanical engineering from VJTI, Mumbai University. He has also completed CFA programme both from the CFA Institute, USA and ICFAI Hyderabad. He has also attended specialized course in Risk Management from the Stern School of Business, New York University, USA. He is an avid reader and has been a guest faculty at several national level institutions on topics related to risk management.

Shailesh Haribhakti

Mr. Shailesh Haribhakti is the Group Chairman of DH Consultants Pvt. Ltd, a leading domestic accounting and consulting firm. He is a Chartered and Cost Accountant, and a Certified Internal Auditor, Financial Planner and Fraud Examiner. At present, he is also serving as the Chairman of the National Pension System (NPS) Trust, constituted by the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA). Mr. Haribhakti is also a visiting faculty at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad.
